the sunrise smoothie

good morning!  wake up!!  this will help:

one small peeled orange
1/2 frozen banana
1 peeled, diced organic carrot
1/4 cup uncooked oats
1/2 cup crushed ice
honey, sweetened to taste
orange juice to blend

add the carrots to the blender first, as they are the hardest to puree.  add remaining ingredients and blend well.  this recipe is only a starting point, and you can easily add more or less of anything that you like.
